Exotic Dance

Focus on flow and form, with expressions of sensuality, all while gaining strength, tone, balance and flexibility.


Focus on conditioning on the pole, for super strength, balance, and great for invert prepping (static pole, thirty minute class).


Combines sensuality, musicality, freestyle, and Liquid Motion concepts to form a cohesive routine.

Pole Fitness

Pole series are either a 4 or 8 week boot camp type class that dives deeper into pole tricks, builds amazing strength, and aids in perfecting your pole game.
