Focus on strengthening CBL’s (socks, barefoot, or tennis shoes thirty minute class).

FlexyFit
Focus on flexibility, balance, and strength using different stretching exercises (socks or barefoot, thirty minute class).

ZUMBA
Get your heart rate pumping with latin inspired aerobic dance moves set to fast paced, engaging music. This is a group aerobic dance class. Please wear your sneakers and comfortable workout clothes.

Flexual
Let’s Turn the lights down low, add some candles, a little yoga, a touch of floor work, and a whole lot of sensuality, to this class to work out those kinks, and stretch sore muscles. Yoga mat and comfortable workout attire required.
